Bob Innamorati

Bob has  forty years of experience in investment  banking and asset management. Until  2012, he served as president of a private Dallas-based investment company with net assets  of $1.5 billion. From 1995 until the present, he serves as  president of ROBERT A. INNAMORATI & CO., INC., a financial advisory and merchant banking firm.

Prior to 1995, Bob held various senior positions with  investment banking firms in New York City and Dallas. He  served as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service from 1971 to 1977 and held a top-secret security clearance. He earned a BS in Finance and a MBA from the University of Virginia and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 1969 to 1971, receiving an honorable discharge. He has held National Association of Securities Dealers (“NASD”) Series 7, 8 and 63 licenses.

Bob served on the Board of Directors of The Texas Rangers Baseball Club until 2013, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Memorial Production Partners GP LLC, Memorial Resource Development Inc., Range Resources Corporation, the Baylor Healthcare Systems Foundation and The Texas Rangers Baseball Club Foundation. Additionally, he served as an executive producer on the film Seven Days in Utopia starring Oscar winners Robert Duval and Melissa Leo.
